We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item received is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
🛠️Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective item, you must:

Record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel, starting from the sealed package and showing the product clearly.

The video is mandatory and will be used as evidence to verify that the item was defective upon receipt.

⚠️ Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

Any return or refund request must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the order.

Requests raised after this period will not be considered.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the item must be returned to us in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
