❌Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item received is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

🛠️Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective item, you must:

  • Record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel, starting from the sealed package and showing the product clearly.

  • The video is mandatory and will be used as evidence to verify that the item was defective upon receipt.

  • ⚠️ Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

⏰Request Timeline

  • Any return or refund request must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the order.

  • Requests raised after this period will not be considered.

📦Return Process (If Approved)

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the item must be returned to us in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

  • The return shipping process and address will be shared after approval.

💳Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the defective item has been received and inspected at our store.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection approval.

🚫Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage are not eligible.

  • Slight variations in color or finish due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.
